Hello everyone:)

Hey there just found this forum. My story is so outrageous that most (all) folks just don't believe it..I am looking for some in site on what to do. So here's my story: in 2001i spent 6 months in jail for not completing weekends for a 3rd DUI, was released on 4 years probation for the failure to appears (16 counts). In 2005 after nearly completing my 4 years probation i girl charged me with telephone harassment which was dismissed in General Sessions Court but the State picked it up and violated my 4 years well needless to say i didn't go to court for that charge not but twice. So the Criminal Court of Sullivan County sentenced me to 6 years to run consecutive to the 4 making it a 10 excessive sentence. I served 2 1/2 years at TPFW now i am on parole till 2014, crazy. Can anyone offer any advice if i can file for clemency due to the fact that i have served a adaquate amount of time or am i just stuck. I have an illness that will not allow me to be able to work for at least 1 year..Any hope? Any comments? Thank you for listening..God Bless you all,
