Arrested with no rights
Friend arrested in WY and can not find out charges from the jail. He has been allowed no phone calls and no bail. Jail officer stated this to me and said it was per the request from the arresting agency? He has been in jail for 3 days now

Police must charge you within a specific amount of time (I think it must be done within 24 hours). You say this has not been done so it will be important to hire an attorney who has access to the jail etc. to get to the bottom of this.
