Default illegal search leading to a felony charge

i was on a trail on my college campus and a freind and I were approached by a person who was acting drunk, due to the unsualness of this person being in the same spot as i am past midnight was odd to me i asked the person if he was a cop and he said no and as i was leaving he told me to stop and identified himself as a police officer, prior to this i had nothing in the open and nothing i had was visable, the cop had no idea what i was doing or why i was there other than me being a known trail, i was then patted down and told to remove the contents of my pocket which contained a perscription bottle with my freinds name on it and it contained less than a gram of marijuana inside, the cop saw this and arrested me, my other freind who was not of color was patted down before me however was not asked to remove the contents of his pockets despite have contents that sounded suspicious (candy which could have been pills) the cop then arrested me without mirandizing me and then i was searched again and was found with a gram of mushrooms the other boy was not arrested and barely questioned and allowed to go, the marijuana was not mine (honestly it wasnt it was in a perscription bottle with his name on it) and i found the shrooms on the ground prior to that evening i had no paraphanelia when i was arrested, was there just cause to search me, can the officer lie about being a cop, and was i treated unfairly and profiled considering the other boy was not even questioned like was after admitting to having the intent to smoke the weed that was in my posession what can i do ? i live in nh and the state law says that my possession of marijuana is a misdeamonor and any possesion of shrooms is a felony

Talking

Sounds like you need a good attorney to argue that you were discriminated against and treated unfairly.

Cool

Read "Not Read MIRANDA" and "Stopped by Cops" to better understand the laws regarding your situation. They are both in the Criminal Law section.
