My son was just arrested for attempt met lab/dist/del/produce or to possess w/ intent to dist/del/manf/produce a controled substance (felony B or possible A because of 3 other prior of meth conviction. Last time received 4 years serving 2 and was with in 3 months finishing his parole. His parole will be cancelled and he will go to trial. He is also charged with 3 other related charges related to the meth 2 c's felonys, and 1 D felony. Has any one ever seen some one receiving a life or 20 or 30 year sentence for a repeat drug offender. His bond is 250,000 dollars so we can not post it and refuse to put our property up. This is killing my wife and I thinking he may never be free again. Our son is 45 yrs old and should have know better. Please give oppinions on this good or bad so we can try to prepare for what might happen. Thanks to all, Tom.
