Post Help with Points and Authorities

I am a non lawyer who is trying to file a Motion to Amend current Order.
I have everything ready to file, except for the points and authorities...the part where you cite cases that you believe are relevant to your request of the court...in my mind it is simply a due process issue...the right to redress??
Can anyone help me cite a couple of cases along those lines??
I am in Nevada, but U.S. cases are fine too.

Thank you...

You might think about the website findlaw.com. Otherwise you will need an attorney or law student to assist you. Finding appropriate case law is not easy and without specifically reading your complaint this task is impossible.

Wink Yes...it's a large task...

and I am still stinging over the 3000.00 our "defense lawyer" received for doing nothing...As of now he has totally abondoned our cause. It is basically an issue of due process and the 14th amendment. Citing the authorities that allow me to move the court for specific relief, and why.

Thank you for responding...

Virginia
