rights for discovery
I have been charged with pocession w/intent. I'm not guilt. Someone used me to get out of thier own mess. Swat stormed my home demanding my friends and I were withholding info. about where the drugs where. There are no drug, they searched dogs search my friend was caught w stuff but there are any drugs to tell them about, so their mad. They gave my a search warrent isued 3 day prior to be exicute within 10 days. How can I find out who did this they say its a confidentual informate. But somebody said I have a right to know my accuser. There is a man whom took 40,000.oo from me in a investment deal, 5 years ago. When I try to speak to him about this he makes all kinds of threat one being he will get me locked away.

Finding out who the police informant is , is not necessarily part of discovery. Anonymous tips, etc. can lead to arrest. The veracity of the charges against you is your main concern.
