Probation?

I am charged with Possesion of a Controlled substance 1-4 grams.
A Felony.
I was on probation in 1999 for Forgery. A Class A Misdonmeanor.
I was revoked on that probation. Served 6 months State Jail
Tarrant County Texas.
Am I still eligble for probation on my first felony drug charge?

You need to ask an attorney who is local. Your past record and the status of the same (expungement, etc) may have a bearing on if you are eligible for parole for this charge. I am not sure what you mean by eligible for parole--have you been found guilty? Are you going to plead guilty? Do you have an attorney? Most attorneys give a free or low cost initial consultation. I would avail myself of that before the case goes to trial.
