We are trying to have my husbands DUI records sealed. We were told that after thats done they could show up in a lifescan. Can anyone tell me what that is? The DUI's were in California over 25 yrs ago.

Depending on the state and any other possible convictions your husband may be able to have his record expunged. GOOGLE the terms "expungement" and "california" and read what is eligible. A lot of the replies will be ads, but you don't need to hire someone to do it. If it can be done, you can do it yourself.
