probation/parole violation
hi first thread post here from CT! My fiance was sentenced to jail! she was on probation for a diffrent offense before she went in! when she gets out shes still on probation. she was out on parole my ex made a statement which is totally b/s. she said my fiance threatened her! now they served her with a warrant she maxes out for what she was in there for soon. can her probation be violated for this? she was sorta on probation / parole at same time please help!!!
