I REALLY need to get this clear up.

OK lets start,
About one year ago, my mom use to steal clothes, so the house got raided. I had nothing to do with it. I did my own thing, like go to work and school and thats it. But the cops took me because they THOUGHT i had something to do with it too. They let me go but got a mug shot of me. After awhile I see my moms name with some other people in the newspaper cause I guess it was a big thing. But my name was included. Why would my name be in there when I had nothing to do with.

Fast forward to today.

My sister in law just got a job in Macy's and they show them pictures of those people that were caught a 1year ago including ME. They told them that the police is looking for them. Now I have to see if there is a warrant for my arrest, which there shouldnt be.

What can I do to get this clear up, to get my face taking off that stuff. I shouldnt even be involve in this big thing and i didnt even get charge with anything. Just a mug shot and relase me.

Any help is good.
