If it is a clerical error, of course you have the right to have it corrected. I would return to the office that gave you the paper and point out the discrepency---(after checking with Sears first---for confirmation that they were given info that said FELONY---in writing---maybe someone there misunderstood) and ask the entity that gave you the printout who you need to see to correct it. It may be that SEARS was mistaken and just told you it was a felony charge when it really IS correct and says misdemeanor. Ask whomever is responsible for recording this information if it is possible it was reported that the original charges were felony and were pled down, and shows on your record as a felony pled down to a misdemeanor.
Good luck.
