I am really behind on my payments, to just about everyone! My friend to see this guy, James Sexton Law , but I am not sure yet.

Who would use an attorney who advertises on other legal forums clearly against their terms of service? If he is that bad and has that little respect for protocol and other web sites, who in the world would hire him?
Especially since "he" cannot even figure out not to put a posting about delinquent bills in a "criminal law" thread. Get off our boards.
