Sealing GA records

Is anyone familiar with GA law. I have been researching for days and still have not found anything to help me seal criminal records from employers in Georgia. Anyone know of anything that could help. My husband can't find work because of a drug conviction five years ago. I know they can't legally not hire you due to the conviction, but they still do. I really need to get the record sealed.
