Record Sealing
I was charged and convicted of a crime over 20 years ago. I was a teenager at the time. 19. I am now finding that employers are questioning the conviction at every job. Is there any way to get rid of this record?

Were you charged with a Felony or a Misdemeanor? The reason I ask is because in many states most felonies are not eligible for expungement and other crimes are not eligible for record sealing. Also, did you serve your original sentence and comply with probation?
