Public Drunkenness
Pittsburgh, Pa. - St. Patricks Parade last Saturday. After coming out from behind a building I was confronted by 2 Transportation police officers who accused me of urinating behind the building. Since they didn't actually see me they decided to cite me for public drunkenness. After ckecking my license they told me that I would receive a citation in the mail.
No sobriety test. No breathalizer. No nothing. Can they do this??? Last edited by howee : 03-16-2006 at 11:01 AM.
