Default Ketamine Penalties
Hey. I'm doing a report on Ketamine, and I'd like to know what the penalties are for posession, distribution, and use of the drug.

Isn't it a controlled substance? In Nevada poss. cont. sub is a category D felony--1 to 5 years, fine, rehab, assessment fee....
More if it is with intent...
My understanding is that "special k" as it is referred to here is a substance that is legal for vets to buy and use in their aminal clinic, but any other person having it in their possession constitutes unlawful poss. of a controlled substance.
