Gun possession charges and punishments for a minor, how will court turn out
I have a friend who is being charged with thrid degree and fourth degree possession of a weapon. He is 15 and has no prior criminal record. He had a gun in his locker with two bullets in it at our school. He is being tried as an adult and I'm not sure how it will turn out, if you have any idea or knowledge about the charges against him and the remaning variables affecting his case please tell me.
