Default disorderly conduct

On new years eve I was exiting a kareoke bar in NYC at 3:30 am, when a cop pulled me over for singing too loudly and issued me a summons for disorderly conduct. I have a clean record with no prior offenses. Should I pleed guilty and take the charges, and if so what would be most likely charge be? Or, should I pleed not guilty? I'd like to have this whiped from exsistance as soon as possible for my career's sake. Please help!!

Since you have a clean record I can only guess that you would like to keep it clean. Since this is your first offense it will be important to retain an attorney. He/She can probably get it plead down etc. Speak to an attorney as soon as possible to establish your rights.

I never heard of getting a summons for "singing too loudly." That's a new one to me.
