Sentence for possession

I've been reading through the CA Health and Safety Code. It is confusing and long and doesn't even answer my question. What are the minimum and maximum punishments for possession of heroin? Not with intent to distribute, just simple possession.

Also, other factors are taken into consideration when sentencing-age of the defendant, priors, etc. But, judging from the information above, you are in some serious trouble (especially with your priors).
