First time offender marijuanna
State: Minnesota
Charged with over 1.4g of marijuanna in M.V. ( was the driver). I was driving the car with my friends, and one of them had pot on them. they got charged with pot and parenphalia and I got charged with over 1.4g of marijuanna in a M.V. (being the driver). My friend assured me that it was less than 1.4 g, but the officer didn't measure it, so what options do I have legally?
