is this unlawful entry?

Person gives you gifts with the intentions of getting in a relationship, you say we will be friends, no relationship.. after a while person gets into several disagreements, friendship is desolved, you say give me back my keys don't want to be friends anymore.. this individuals use key with out permission, comes into your home and vilates your things removes the gifts go through your personal items and removes things from your home, have they broken the law. Can someone please help me out here with an answer.. problem is getting worse.. now Iam being threightend with they are going to come and take a bed that they bought as a gift.. whitch the say was for both of us, can this be done... the bed was way to big and after a while I sold it and bought another.
