Default to gentlegrace

May i ask a silly question I say silly because i am sure you will call me that or my question that, what is your problem. It is one thing to answer people honestly and another to rub there face in it and make them feel like dirt. You act as if my son is a career crimininal raping murdering people and has done so his whole life, let me give you a quote everyone deserves a second chance, even the bible says so.And what favor did you do for me,asking some friend to help me,and just what does add a k to it mean?I am sorry i am stupid and not smart like you and perfect and able to sit around and pounce on everyone's q's posted and tell thenm how it is with no regard for there feelings they may have problems or childern in trouble but they are still human beings, and deserve respect,i hope your never in an accident and need a organ transplant.Because if they way you speak at people not to people decides your fate your screwed.and my son is not pitiful,i am sure ur children are perfect and good for you,but we can not all be that way,but god loves everyone, and if you call being a runaway 2 times a life of crime you need mental help take of the rose colored glasses and look in the mirror are you that lonely and hateful with your life this is your reward to punish other people in there time of need. You can be a smart person and a helpful but still truthful person at the same time but you don't have to be a bi---,about it.Stop acting like everyone is a criminal and your a saint.no one wants to hear it.And that is the gospel, and by the way what mother wouldn't fight for there child? If you say anything other than every mother you must be a bad mother not to stand up for your children.... Just because someone does something wrong does not mean they are a monster un worthy of love or help. angeleyes889

Just wanted to say thks for the help gentlegrace your right i am a whiney baby, i have no family here just lost my g-parents have no brothers or sisters, going to lose my only child and am dying of liver trouble.I just thought people on here would be able to give me hope and be nice about it and offer kind advice even if hard to handle, and you were nothing in the way of these things.I will apoligize if i caused anyone pain, stress or insults,i am not that person, but it is alot on my plate and to be honest dying is sounding really good right now,i was hopeing for a postitive outlook by being able to talk and vent a little on here and make a cyber friend who was smart in the ways of legal issues, and maybe get some help.So if anyone else can offer things pls do so i need it,as for gentlegrace,i hope you get everything in life you ever wanted and hope you life a full and pure life, with your family. As for me i guess i am nothing but trash with a bad son.

Refer to the previous posting by the ADMIN ( short for ADMINISTRATOR OF THIS WEB SITE)--aka. the person who enforces the terms of service of this site with unparalleled vigor and devotion.

Surely the nuances of "MOVE ON" are self explanatory.

Default Tisket, a tasket..I have rocks in my basket...

A tisket, a tasket, I have rocks in my basket----for coming back to this beleaguered thread. But---one HUGE point is being missed here--and the only reason I am bothering to put more time and effort into this thread is because hopefully someone else can benefit from it.

The issue the original poster made in this thread is that she felt her son should not have been charged as an adult, since the crime happened when he was under the age of 18. However, if you read the first posting you will see that the upcoming court date has NOTHING to do with the grand theft charge. That case was already heard, and the sentence handed down---probation. Now, as an ADULT, this guy violated his probation and NOW he faces THAT charge.

Two things to conclude:

1. Had he been charged as a minor, he would have probably gotten probation---the same thing he got as an adult.

2. He screwed up being on probation as an adult---and in all likelihood, he would have done the same as a juvi.

It's a wash.

Bottom line: A consideration of whether or not he should be tried as an adult or a minor is irrelevant because that CASE IS OVER. Understand? The new charges are from acts he committed as an ADULT---violation of probation.

Therefore, it is safe to lay to rest the angst over the adult vs. juvi charges---its a moot point. It is over.
