use of false passport
Hello all
I have a friend who is being held with charges of use of false passport (in Florida state); I was wondering if anybody could tell me what to expect from now on? Does anybody know any similar cases? Any advice for him? Thank you!

It depends on the age of the defendant, where he is from, where he is headed, if he has any priors, etc. Why wouldn't he just use his own passport? Is there a reason he cannot get a passport? If so, that will, most likely have significant bearing on the resulting charges.
