Default Possesion of ameMarijuana and Paraphernalia

Ok i was being stupid, we were at my friends house, we hade 1 ounce and a half, we smoked the half, when my friend who owned the house left to go get food. me and my other friends stayed there. when the owner left, about 2 minutes later the doorbell rang, and it was the cops, one kid answered the door, and the cops said there was a report of a women screaming, and opened the screan door and walked inside.(i know that was illegal) the two cops followed the smell of the weed and came into the room where we all were. and searched and all that good stuff. the owner of the house was contacted by the cops and he came back to the house. when he walked in the door, he said all of the weed and the paraphenalia was his. we all went with it during the questioning. i admited that i did smoke a little bit, but as far as it went none of it was mine. (i am 17 years old as was every1 else) after we found out our charges, we faced 2 misdemeanor charges, and the owner faced dealing and distributing, and possesion of paraphenalia. i understand why they did that to him. i need some help, can i get off this case easily since none of the stuff was mine? and i heard i wont even be called to court.

Thanks for your Time.
