wrongful acusations/judgement entered,papers not served

I have been accused of a crime that i didnt do. An order of default had been entered and i never got served. I dont have much money or time. I know that this is not legal, can anybody give me some information on how to help myself. I have been accused of taking money and misrepresentation. I didnt take money, i worked for it and the man didnt want to pay me. I never said i was a realtor and the man said i did.

Go the the courthouse and find out what paperwork needs to be filed because you were not served. File the appropriate paperwork and you most likely will be granted a new court date. When you go to this new court date then you can present your defenses.
