Default Post Conviction Releif Oregon or what

Searching for answers to help very young naive 20yo daughter ( no record or arrests) who admitted to a crime under a threat of losing her 2yo child.

Question: If "victim" who was boyfriends roomate(his name is till on same lease) was robbed and burglary, (Basiclly because he stole money first form boyfriend) was also arrested next day(victim) for worst crime (shooting at a car and new home of boyfriend) and victims statement was recorder while he was still in jail (grand jury statement), how is his statement admissible or is it?
How can her crime be worst then his for allegedly dropping boyfriend off from a car close to seen?
Unbelievable she is in prison for 3 years and victim (shooter) is walking free?:

My dear, I haven't a CLUE what you are trying to say. Be specific---the way this is written, it isn't clear what happened, or in what order these events happened and to whom they happened.

But, I will tell you the law doesn't look for who is "the most wrong"---one person gets off because another did something 'worse'? It is much more complicated than that.

If you want a more precise answer, be specific and coherant in your posting.
