Question concerning a convicted felon
Hello,
I am wondering if a convicted felon can serve on a coporate Board of Directors in the state of Florida...... Please send me to the specific law that says one way or the other. Can they also vote in Florida? Thanks for any and all information.

Florida Constitution Article 6 Section 4 is where you want to look. Says, "No person convicted of a felony shall be qualified to vote until restoration of civil rights."
