Exclamation legal reposession?

Okay, here is the deal. I noticed that my motorcycle was missing one morning and called the police. They came to my house and said that it had been reposessed. I called my finance company and they said that they ordered for reposession but cancelled it because they received my payment. The repo company still came and took it anyways. I came back later on that day and found my bike sitting in the stall again. I looked at it and the handlebar on there was messed up. I looked as if someone took it off and then put it on upside down! I called the repo company and told them what was wrong and the guy said he would send someone out to fix it as soon as possible. That never happened, and it has already been two days. So I went out and fixed it today because it was really hard to ride and I almost wrecked earlier. Come to find out, my handlebar was removed and replaced with another one, a completely different style. Do I have grounds for a lawsuit? Also, would I be able to press charges for grand theft auto since my bike was technically "stolen"?

Good luck on the grand theft auto charge. You must have been late with your payment if the finance company called in the repo and probably called it off too late to stop the repo.

Sue the repo company for damages to the bike in small claims court.
