domestic violence injunctions
hello I had wrote last week about my grandchild I need to have a question answered if anyone knows, At the time my daughter-in-law put a false injunction against my son,the paper also gave her temp custody of grandchild. Now my question is if she dropped these charges against my son does that mean also the sole custody has been dropped or does she still have sole custody? thank you so much for your help. I would assume the temporary custody would be dropped but it is never safe to assume anything. Talk to the clerk of the court.
