Car Repossession .....
My Husbad before we were together had gotten his car repossessed. They gave him no notcie of how to get his vehicle back or when it would be sold. He never recieved anything from Ford Motor credit. Now they are trying to get the money that it owed on the vehicle. What can we do? by wa state law they had to give him notice and paper work on when the car would be sold so he may have a chance to buy it back.
I am unsure on where to go from here or how to proceed. Any advice will woulb greatful. B
