HOA parking
I live in gated community with a 3 person board and HOA. We have horrible parking to begin with and now we're in the middle of a 6 month construction phase to reinforce a retaining wall. Now the parking is even worse. There has been horrible planning by the board to accomodate the homeowners. My car was towed because it was parked 7 inches into a cul de sac to avoid construction trucks. The corner where I was parked was marked with fire lane. Should the HOA or the board give some exception to the parking fiasco we are going through and give curteousy notice before towing? Do we as homeowners have any rights to fight this board member who goes around towing at his leasure?
Please advice. |
