| Lien from Unemplyment Comp several years ago, I was collecting Unemployment Compensation from the state of PA. During that time, I acquired a job and did not report my income. I was receiving both a salary and the compensation for about two years until I decided to report my income as I no longer wanted to do what I know was wrong. There was a plan put in place to repay what I was given but I lost my job soon afterwards. I paid as much as I could until money ran out. I've been pretty much unemployed since then. Recently, I received a certified copy of Lien from the court of common Pleas stating my property may be "levied upon, attached, and sold to the extent necessary to satisfy this lien." I have about $200 in the bank, clothes, and a computer. I have no home or car. What is going to happen to me? Will I lose my computer? |
