| Liable for businesses EZ Pass Fees? I worked for a company that had an EZ Pass account. It was a business account and I was listed as a contact. I have not worked for this company since 5/2007. The company is no longer in business. Today I get a letter from a collection agency looking for $291.90, listing the EZ Pass account # of the business that had the account. Can I be liable for these fees?! Can they collect from me when it was not even my account?? Thanks! Jeff |
