Citizenship form N400 questions 6 and 7
Hi,
My husband is applying for his citizenship. He has had his green card since 1992. We were living in Singapore from Oct 2006 thru July 2008. Prior to and during our stay in Singapore he was working for the same American company. Filed taxes in US and Singapore. Also while we were in Singapore we maintained our Us residency (it was a company requirement). How then does he answer question 6A? Does he say that he lived in Singapore and travelled to the US (question 7) (he did several trips to the US while in Singapore) or the other way around? I should mention that both I and our daughter have been naturalized and our son is a citizen by birth. Thanks in advance for your help. |
