Help with getting my boyfriend here

I am an American Citizen that wants to bring my boyfriend
from Egypt to the usa so that we can marry. We just don't
know what to do first and what kind of process this can be.

Best bet is contact the Dept of Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) or in the case of the boyfriend, a US Embassy in his country. See USCIS Home Page for the most up to date information; you can also contact them directly with additional questions.
