Need advice
My husband's ex is sharing a bed (full size) and bedroom with her 11 year old daughter since her house is too small for everyone (her sons share another room). Is that legal or even healthy? The daughter has no privacy with her Mom and cherishes her own room when she comes here for visits. We live in Texas, and I can't find anything online about it in TX law.
Thanks for any advice.

Are you asking whether or not it is legal for a mother and child to sleep in the same bed? Is the mother molesting the child? If not, it is not illegal for a mother to sleep in the same bed as her child. Many people who can't afford expansive or moderate housing all share the same bedroom and bed.
Probably not fun for the teenager but not illegal.
