Child custody lost to DCYF because of missing medical record's.
DCYF was awarded temporary custody of my granddaughter in October 2005. My daughter had the worse Lawyer in the world. He would'nt give her her record's and would'nt let her see them, so we did'nt know if anything was missing. We finally got her prenatal record's last week and come to find out, they were never sent to her Lawyer or DCYF. Along with these record's, there were other's that conveniently disappeared. Because of this , my daughter was accused of doing drug's while pregnant. Nobody knew she was extremely sick her entire pregnancy. When she wasn't vomiting,[about fifty time's a day], she was sleeping and never went anywhere. She was anemic and hyperthyroid and was'nt treated for either. She also had Hyperemesis Gravidarum and a low lying placenta and wasn't treated for that either. She was in and out of the hospital for dehydration and kept losing weight. What I want to know is; When Medical record's are court ordered, but some of them have mysteriously disappeared and the Lawyer and court never received them, what can be done. We already filed a motion to show new evidence to the Court, but of course, DCYF objected to it and the Court went along with them as usual. In this city DCYF brag's that they alway's get what they want. That the Court alway's listen's to them . And they do. Please respond as I need to know who should pay for this injustice.
