Exclamation How to get my baby girl back?????????

My daughters father filed court paper's and was awarded shared custody and since then he has broken all 5 court orders this last time I dropped our daughter off to him on his normal day (Wednes.) and he is court order to drop her off to me on Sunday at 6PM. Well Sunday passed and he never came I called the police and made a report and they said there's nothing they can do. I also went to court today and they also said there's nothing they can do! I have already filed contemp but my hearing isn't until Nov. 13th. Is there anything I can do now to get my daughter back???????????

After the contempt hearing they will have authority to retrieve your child and press charges against him.

I know it must be difficult to wait.

Exclamation getting my daughter back part 2

I wrote a post about my daughter's father not bring my daughter back to me even thought it's court ordered my question now is if he brings her back to me before my court date (nov. 13) should I keep her from him? If I get her back before the court date and his court ordered day comes up I'm scared he again will hold her from me I don't know if I should keep her once she's back with me and tell the judge that I was scared he would hold her from me again or should I give her back to him because I don't want to be in contempt. One other question his wife is 3rd party and in my court paper's it states NO 3rd PARTY she is now answering his phone and telling me he's not there and I know she is the reason behind him not bring my daughter back is there something I can do to her she is interfering in our court order?

Thank you for all your help!!!!!!!!!!

If you keep her from him, then you are also in violation of the court order. You have no authority to keep the child from him until a court hears the case and determines otherwise.

What does the order say about 'third parties'? If he lives with another woman or is married to another woman she probably isn't considered a third party. She cannot be expected to move out every time the child comes to visit. She cannot be charged with 'standing in the way of a court order" unless she is mentioned in it specifically. And as I mentioned, it isn't really reasonable to have her move out every time the kid comes to visit. However, she can be held in contempt if she lies to the authorities or the court about his having the child.
