is there a way out of this limbo

I share a 3 year old daughter with your worst nightmare. A cocky, arogant, ruthless man. One parent is a paralegal. Therefore he thinks he is a lawyer and acts as his own lawyer. We are already divorced. The lawyer I used screwed me over big time. My decree is so messed up that either one of us can be right in what we do. I am suppose to get written notice 40 days prior to him taking our daughter for summer vacation. I have gotten nothing in writting. He picks daughter up for his weekend visitation. Tells me monday that he's not giving her back until August/september. There I'd nothing I can do. I can't do anything unless I hire a lawyer and legal aid can't help me unless I have a case open. This man has not paid child support in a year nor does he carry insurance on the child. oag is taking there time. This man has violated the entire degree. He does what he wants whenever he wants. He has gotten me evicted and caused me to lose my job because of his temper and threats. Yet there is still nothing I can do. He went from being on supervised visits for 8 months to getting my daughter all the time. I don't hand her over to him. He gets her from daycare while I'm working. They can't stop him even though its my time. Please if u can help guide me in the right direction to finding a probono lawyer or one that I can pay out, please help me get out from under this psycho.

You aren't going to find a lawyer to do this prono bono.........legal fees are never convenient................

If he is in violation of the court order, GO to court and tell them he is in contempt and ask them to tell you how to file (procedural advice, NOT legal advice).
