| what to do ? hello first thank you for your help, i have two sons they both live with me now. the oldest is 18 and has bin on his own for a year and a half he has not lived with his mother, at the same time he has not bin in school he droped out about the same time. he now has a child of his own 1year old (its great to be a granpa) he has bin living with his girlfriend the entier time i stoped paying my childsuport around the same time.insted of paying it i started to give the help to him derictly. my ? do i still have to pay for the past year and a half. |

| You have to pay child support for as long as the court order states or petition the court for a change. Good luck. |
