CA. ignoring HI. judgement
Divorce in 1973. Mother denied me seeing daughter. Reunited with daughter when she was 29 yrs.old When daughter 26 yrs.,her mother got divorced again(denying him visitation), and brought case against me, never having asked for support. (married a lawyer). CA. said i owed $250,000. I was living in HI. Motion to quash and case vacated late 90"s. CA. came to HI. Judge there said I owed principle and made payments to HI., which I paid off in the early 2000's. CA. would take 1/2 of wages when working for Ca.shipping companies. CA. only applied payments to interest. Ca. then said i owed $80,000. I had met the HI. judge's order, where CA. had sought judgement. They ignored his order. Ca. has been charging interest and is now $107,000. Just took $6,000 fed tax return(which I had promised daughter) and may go for S.S. which starts next month. Calif., in other words, is not supporting anything.
