Infant and family punished for having Cystic Fibrosis

We have been the subject of an investigation by CPS all because of a feeding pump that we stopped using and even went to our doctor and got orders stating it was ok the very next day after this investigation was started.Now 7 months later we are still being harassed by these people.Ok here is the basics , a symptom of my son's genetic disease is "failure to thrive" (he isn't fat enough) but we fired a doctor because of EXTREME communication issues and his lack ofr honesty. We found a new one and missed this doctors appt and let him know we would no longer be seeing him....the next day CPS is at my house to take my ill son and give him to 2 middle aged men for 4 days in which we are frantic and have no idea where he is how he is or anything else.We get a judgement saying there were no reasonable grounds for removal.CPS sends us papers saying there is a judgement that we have to let them in our home anytime they want to inspect it and my son.(we also have nurses that come into my home who are trained to see to my son).When we refuse and tell them we have an order that says otherwise they take us to court again.We have been through 3 judges but we have come along some privileged info and we have never been infront of the judge we are going infront of next month, but have come across the NUMEROUS fax's he has been sent by the people trying to make this happen.We have 2 witnesses to each of thier 1 , they basically have the doctor we fired and his nurse and the caseworker.The foster parents were apparently interested in my son since this all started, they have sent the judge a fax speaking horribley of us though we have never met these people other than me snatching my son out of thier arms, but they go on to say how they think my son should be taken away from his family for 3 months and given to them just to see how he does which I find appauling! and numerous fax's from CPS though the case has not been presented and fax's from this fired doctor. How can they taint a proceeding and it be legal?
