Visitation/support

I will try to state this as simple as I can.

Divorced in Fl,moved to Ga(w/family)my ex later followed and we lived together until I actually caught her in our bed w/woman she worked with.She/son moved out where she continued this relationship w/woman. I was openly against my son being in this type of living conditions and my ex stopped all conatct w/son.

The original visitation was set-up where her father had to be present(he resides in Fl) and my last contact w/ex she told me that would be the only way that I could see my son or else I could pay for moving the legal files to Ga and have them changed.

Child support payment is set at $469.00 mo(for 1 child)..she now has a boyfriend and lives in a rent-control apt w/boyfriend and they both have good jobs where I am having to live w/family because I cannot afford living expenses(rent/utilities/food/car payment/insurance/etc).also I just found out that she pregnant and now collecting addtional benefits from the state.

I really don't have a lot of monies for the legal fees but I am desparate to see my son...can anyone help..
