Custody/Visitation

I lost custody of my son last year to his father.Well in the court ordered papers it says that either parent may request and demand that,the other parent or their spouse submit to a drug screen.Well i recieve a hand written letter demanding that my husband and i submit to an hair analysis.He says that if i refuse the test then i would not be allowed to see my child.He says that the judge does not have to order the test or suspend my visitation.He says that he has complete control over this matter.I don't understand is there not a legal process that this has to go through.He says that is what those custody papers give him.THE RIGHT TO DO WHATEVER HE LIKES

If custody papers state that either parent can request/demand that one take a drug test then I don't see how you can argue that what he is doing is wrong. If you seek clarification go to the courthouse to find out what you can file to get clarification such as how many times this can be demanded etc.
