I'm in Pennsylvania, if it helps with laws and such.
What are the factors in figuring out which parent should have custody? What can be used against a parent to fight for custody? How can a grandparent obtain "kinship"? Do they have to be a "biological" relative? What happens to the parents rights? Thanks in advance. |

dont know this one but what ive seen is the parent closest(usually mom) ok fare enough. I am more interested in percent custudy myself? and what that means?...support ect.
your second question ive experienced this thru a friend. almost no matter how unfit the mother was or how many times the judge told the mother she was unfit and would never have custody. she would come back 6 months later with a lawyer and get custody again? go figure. I also knew some one who's childs grandparents put up a big fight to get custody and lost, even against a single dad. btw im from pa |
