Question we don't know were else to turn

Please Help.
My Wife Has Been Everywhere And Can't Seem To Get Anybody To Listen To Her.
This All Started Last Summer When Her Ex-husband Got The Kids For The Summer,he Was Suppose To Return Them In Aug,but Instead He Decided To Go To Court And Try To Get The Kids Awayfrom Her But He Was Told To Give Them Back.
He Then Went To Another Court And Fild A P.f.a Aginst Me He Has Continiouly Used The Courts He Has Lied Time And Time Again And They Let Him Keep Doing It And Will Not Listen To A Thing My Wife Tells Them, Now They Are Trying To Make My Wife Pay Child Support There Was A Hearing In Aug, But She Couldn't Be There As She Was In The Hosp. Her Doctor Fax Them A Letter Pertaining To Thisand They Still Held The Support Hearing Without Her There
She Has Also Given Me Power Of Atty. But They Don't Seem To Want To Honor It.
Please Help
Thank You

Red face

It sounds like you really need some legal help. But I would suggest obtaining a consultation with an attorney. Your case is far too complex for a simple answer here on this forum. An attorney would need to see all paperwork pertaining to this case including everything filed by the childrens' father. You will need to consult an attorney in the town or county where the children are currently living as I would bet that the father obtained custody while your wife was in the hospital.
