Chapter 7 Creditor
I Have A Civil Judgment In Nys Obtained Under Gbl Section 349. The Debtor Filed For Relief Under Chapter 7 (no Assets). I Have An Upcoming Adverserial Hearing. How Can I Defend The Dischargeability Of My Judgment?

There are certain liabilities that are not normally dischargeable, such as liabilities for judgments resulting from intentional misconduct, or liabilities resulting from voluntary intoxication. You need to try to figure out if your judgment falls under an exception to dischargeability.
