Chapter 7, Texas
Need advice about declaring bankruptcy in Texas.
I own a small business - less the property. The business has operated in the red for the past three years - no real assets. Will the bankruptcy affect my ability to continue to own the business? If not, how will bankruptcy affect potential future profits for that business? How far back does bankruptcy court go to look at previous assets? If this bankruptcy is successful, will any liens on my primary domincile be removed? Last edited by eszilagyi : 07-30-2008 at 05:48 PM. |
