need to file ch 13 FAST!!!!
I am in a very bad situation. I am getting letters threatening to sue/garnishee. I can not afford a lawyer. How can they expect a person to pay those kind of fees when they OBVIOUSLY can't pay what they already owe!!
Does anyone have any advice where to go to get lawyer cheap or pro-bono??? HELP!!!
