| rear ended in birmingham I was rear ended in Birmingham Alabama on the 25of august 2009 (last week) the driver at faults insurance called me today to tell me they were going to concider my car a total loss. the amount they were talking about on the phone wont pay off the car in fact falls about 1200 dollars shy of that nor will it be enough to get me in another car and i dont have gap insurance. what can/should i do ?      |
